Chase brings extensive regulatory experience in the trust industry to Sawmill’s operations for the benefit of our clients. Prior to joining Sawmill, Chase served as the Chief Trust Examiner for the South Dakota Division of Banking, providing regulatory oversight for the South Dakota trust industry. He has held designations as a Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist as well as a Certified Senior Trust Examiner. He has also completed the Conference of State Bank Supervisors Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) Examiner School Series I and II. Chase oversees Sawmill’s regulatory compliance and BSA/AML program.
