Rob oversees Sawmill’s private equity investment program and works with the executive team to develop direct investment opportunities for clients. Rob’s legal background and detailed knowledge of financial structures allow him to analyze potential investments for clients with great care. He previously founded White Springs Capital Management, a private investment firm, served as an investment banker at Feltl & Company, and practiced law at Faegre & Benson (now Faegre Baker Daniels) focusing on financial restructuring. He also clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Kressel, Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Eighth Circuit. Prior to his legal career, Rob served as Captain in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Officer.
